1:12 Scale DIY Room box Kit ( not assembled )

Included is all the pieces required to create the kitchen roombox (without furniture). The walls are pre -etched with the shiplap lines so to get the crisp white look you will need to pre spray the kit before assembling. All Instructions are included. 

You will receive the floor and top pieces, sides with pre-cut window and back wall. Also included is the front opening door piece and the dual swinging doors. The  door comes pre-stained & etched. 

Also included is the skirting boards for the top and bottom & the window sets for the back ( 1 for the inside and one for the outside) . The top piece has pre-cut holes that the included string lights sit in. 

You will need glue for assembly & the paint. 

The completed size of the roombox is 36cm wide (14 inches ) x 29cm high (11.4 inches) and 28cm deep ( 11 inches ). It is made of MDF 

Please note that this room box is intended for collectors & is not a toy. The doors are not intended for play and although they move may not be intended for young children.
